Goal
The company, which connected buyers with travellers to obtain items primarily focused on Morocco, wanted to convert their existing MVP website into a mobile app. This process involved understanding the problem, the user persona and improving or even creating new user flows to optimize the user experience.
Approach
We conducted UX research and thoroughly analyzed existing solutions and user behaviour. This helped us gain a better understanding of user motivations and needs. Utilizing this valuable insight, we iteratively developed low-fidelity prototypes and refined them through four iterations. This process enabled us to enhance and simplify our solution significantly. Subsequently, we created a high-fidelity prototype designed to evoke feelings of trustworthiness, friendliness, and a strong sense of community.
